This is one of my favorite podcasts this year. When I met musician and psychonaut East Forest, it was immediately apparent he was one of those people I would always call friend. We talk about the horrible perfection of existence--all the love, all the pain and everything in between. I first became familiar with his work through listening to his album entitled Ram Dass, which features what might be some of the last spoken teachings of the spiritual master.
